
Just be in the “NOW” this Sunday!
What do I mean? Well be deliberate and pay attention to what you are doing right now. When your mind wanders off to thoughts of tomorrow, next week or next year’ catch them. Bring your attention back to right now. Really notice what you are doing at this moment.
For example: when you are having lunch or dinner today, slow down, really take your time whilst you are eating to notice tastes, smell and textures just be with the food right now at that moment.
Notice whether your experience of this lunch differs from the previous times you’ve eaten.
Fact’ all we have is “NOW” this moment!
